Many of the women I work with are highly capable and successful on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, and disconnected from their bodies.
My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you can finally slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Outside of my clinical work, movement has always been a core part of my life.
Running, yoga, and time outdoors are some of the ways I reconnect with myself and regulate my own nervous system.
These practices are not about perfection or performance — they’re about learning how to listen to your body and build a healthier relationship with yourself.
